Halo is our new easy to use technical support portal, where you can now:
Register problems or issues with your satellite communications solution with the technical support team
The launch of Halo kicks off of a wider customer support improvement initiative, as we expand our services, to ensure our customers across the globe always access quality and speedy support on a 24/7 basis.
Changes to our Support Teams
An additional change we’ve made as part of our customer support improvements is the Satcom Global Service Desk becoming Satcom Global Technical Support. The move aims to make routes to support clearer to our customers, depending on the nature of your query.
